Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied by the product you received we are here to help.
The product, if damaged, defective or received in unsatisfied condition can be returned within 30 days of the date on which it is received by you.
To be eligible for return the product received must be unused, in new re-saleable condition and proper packaging as received. It should be packed in the original packing. The product to be returned should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Return process can be completed in 3 steps:
- You can return the purchased product in three ways: a). Online return form. Fill up the given online return form and your return will be processed within 48 hours. b). Through e-mail c). By calling on customer care no. at (800)991-6501
All these processes will connect you to our customer care representatives who will verify the eligibility criteria of the product to be returned. If eligible you will be furnished an RA number or Return Authorization number.
You have to write the allotted RA number on a label and stick it on the package which is to be returned. If the package has shipped by a third party carrier, another return shipping label or label with the mentioned schedule of picking up of the package to be returned will be provided. Place this new label over the original shipping label on the package to be returned. Please also retain the tracking number from the RA for tracking your package in future.
Return the package with the RA label provided by Maruti Supplies and the shipping label to the carrier.
Refund will be provided on eligible returnable packages with a deduction of 20% stocking fee and shipping and handling charges. You will be provided with an RA number via online return form, e-mail or phone that solely qualifies you for a refund. In case of bulk products ordered you will be partially refunded for the unopened items only. It is advisable to check the shipment upon arrival before receipt. If the shipment appears damaged or altered (with products missing) please inform us within 24 hours of the shipment arrival or you will have no claim over the refund. If the product is under manufacturer’s warranty, the product will be accordingly replaced or repaired as per manufacturer’s warranty or procedure. You can contact us anytime regarding more details.
The provider reserves the right to accept or deny refund or exchange on any product. The refunds will be processed only after the shipment is received and duly checked at the Maruti Supplies warehouse.
